Teach and Play ABA proudly offers applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy to help improve the lives of children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Our Hatchlings clinic is conveniently located in Bloomington, Indiana, and is open to children between the ages of 18 months and eight years.

Preschool ABA Clinic

Much like a baby cow is called a calf, a hatchling is the name of a baby dinosaur! Our Hatchlings clinic uses a full preschool-style day to teach play, communication, and toleration skills. We also have certified teachers on staff to help oversee our preschool program activities and group instruction. A regular day in the life of a Hatchling includes:

  • Exploration and sensory activities
  • A water table…of course!
  • Rocket ships and ice cream trucks in the pretend play area…maybe a shark sighting or two also…
  • Play-doh….lots of play-doh…
  • Pinterest crafts, scissors, glue, and paint too!
  • Nap time
  • Lunch and two snacks
  • Circle time
  • Group activities and games
  • Science experiments
  • Free play
  • Music
  • Community trips to local parks, splash pads, and other fun places

We understand that families have varying needs, so you can choose whether to enroll your child for the full day or just part of the day. Full-time schedules can range from 8:00-5:00 PM. We offer two part-time schedules: 8:30-12:30 PM or 1:00-5:00 PM.
