If you are a professional from another practice, school personal or medical provider or concerned grandparent etc…you must have a signed release of information from the parent to talk about student specific information. What if I want speech or occupational therapy and NOT ABA services?
Teach and Play ABA can currently provide speech and occupational therapy to any child with a referral from their pediatrician. Enrollment in ABA therapy is not required at this time. Please schedule a free consultation to find out more.
What is a full day of ABA therapy like?
A full day of ABA therapy at our clinic is a fun, hands on experience. Our facility is set up to resemble a school and home-like environment. All of our students have a full schedule of group activities that can include art, science, circle time, group games and many other activities. We also work on important behavioral skills in the community and will take our clients to parks, swimming, restaurants, museums, stores and any other place behavior may happen.
How can I be connected to my child's day?
It is hard to be away from your child, especially if your child cannot express his/her/their own wants or needs. Teach and Play ABA is made by a parent of an individual with autism (now 22 years old) and is set up to provide the peice of mind that parents need. The facility provides constant and familiar staffing, background checks for all staff, program regulation and oversight and daily parent notes. Our facility has security cameras throughout that parents are welcome to review with a clinician at any time. We prioritize our parent's needs and strive to ensure parents feel included.
Can my child attend speech if he/she cannot talk?
